In Alpine Guide Society of Japan ( AGS-J), there is "a guide training school" as one of the association businesses. It is the guide training school which it thought about so that a guide applicant is minimum effort and time, and an effect at the maximum is provided in acquirement of the guide technology that this association assumes standard.

Guide training school application method

"Guide Trainning school" to enroll, to be submitted within a fixed time limit for each of the following documents.
At the same time the document review fee of 10,000yen, please deposit to the account you specify below.
Outside Application deadline is possible, you may be out training schedule.
As a special exception procedure, if deemed sufficient as a guide to the qualities and history of mountaineering history and guide applicants may be exempt from the training part of the examination.
The fee will be payable.

Guide training school entering standard and a practical skill examination standard

（Alpine guide）

1. Documents examination rule（Admission criteria）

　　(A)Nationality, regardless of the different sexes.

　　(B) Age at the time of application to more than 20 years old.

* There be snowy mountains experience more than 2,000m in the above more than 100 days for 500 days in the mountaineering days.

* History of more than 100 climbing routes for rock walls, rock walls in the winter, including the history of the 20 climbing routes.

* As for more than three roots experiencing an ascent difficult technically and the ascent that they can recognize objectively at least among 20 routes in an ascent career in the winter season, one part of these routes or all being led by an applicant.

* Ascent experience more than five swamp up routes.

* There be it more than experience 20 days of the mountains ski.

* There be the experience of the overseas mountain climbing having the glacier more than 20 days.

　 2. 　 A practical skill examination standard 　

　　　　(A) Ability for mountain climbing 　

　 * 　 It is onsite ability of decimaru grade 5.11a in a lock slope.　　

　 * 　 Have lead climbing of 5+ in mountain boots + crampons. 　

　 * 　 There be knowledge and ability to climb the classic routes more than the fifth grade surely. 　

　 * 　 There be lead climbe ability to have in more than perpendicular iceberg 20m. 　

　 * 　 Ski technology is more than SAJ 2 grade or it and ability considered to be equal.

　　　　　　　Guide technology, allowing it to be capable of precise and practical.

　 * 　 Climbing technical guiding 　

　 * 　 Ice climbing technical guiding

Mountain Guide

1. Documents examination rule（An entering standard）

　　(A)Nationality, regardless of the different sexes.

　　(B) Age at the time of application to more than 20 years old.

* There be snowy mountains experience more than 2,000m in the above more than 50 days for 200 days in the mountaineering days.

* In rock face ascent careers more than 50 routes, it is a thing including the ascent career of ten winter season rock face roots soon.

* As for more than one root experiencing an ascent difficult technically and the ascent that they can recognize objectively at least among ten routes in an ascent career in the winter season, one part of these routes or all being led by an applicant.

* Ascent experience more than five swamp up routes.

* There be it more than experience 20 days of the mountains ski.

　　　　(A) Ability for mountain climbing 　

　 * 　 It is onsite ability of decimaru grade 5.10a in a lock slope.　　　　

　 * 　 Have lead climbing of Ⅴ in mountain boots + crampons. 　

　 * 　 There be knowledge and ability to climb the classic routes more than the third grade surely. 　

　 * 　 There be lead crime ability to have in more than perpendicular iceberg 10m. 　

　 * 　 Ski run technology is more than SAJ2 grade or it and ability considered to be equal.
